Dinosaurs from Portugal… and beyond!
The Lourinhã Museum has a Exposição Itinerante with the theme of Paleontology. This is an Exhibition that aims to bring to the public a little of the world in which the dinosaurs of Lourinhã lived.
The Exposição Itinerante de Paleontologia includes a representative sample of original fossils and replicas of some of the dinosaur species (and not only) most emblematic of Lourinhã region, with approximately 150 million years (superior Jurassic)
The pieces in this exhibition are accompanied by a significant set of information, on large format posters, with several editions throughout the country and abroad.
Thus, this exhibition has already been on display in several Portuguese locations, such as: Boticas, Falagueira (Amadora), Lagos, Lisbon, Sertã, Torres Vedras and Abrantes. We also take the Paleontology of Lourinhã out of the country: Deuil-La Barre (outskirts of Paris, France).
